Ok, I admit it, I've been a super slacker lately. I usually put up some cute pictures of the kids and call it done, but I haven't been able to find the cord for my camera since we moved. Speaking of which our garage is filled with boxes of stuff that we haven't found a place for yet, which means we should probably have a yard sale, but It's a little late in the year to do that!
The kids really love having their own rooms. Chloe picked out the paint for her room, the color is called "pink punch" aka pepto bismol. It looks very cute and girly and she loves it so that's all that really matters. We are pretty much settled and really enjoying the new house.
Brock started his new job at the hospital, he seems to be adapting well and enjoying getting out of the house :) I also took on a full time position doing audit (counting everything in the store) for Sam's Club. Our shifts will be alternating so that we don't have to put the kids into daycare.
Cavan has been talking quite a bit lately, he repeats almost any words and he's using some sentences. He loves to run around the house and say "Chloe, where are you?" But with the joy of development comes the challenges, now when I ask or tell him to do something sometimes he says "why". He's acting grown up in that area, but he's still my wild toddler, the other day I was folding laundry and things got too quiet. I found Cavan on the bathroom sink covered head to toe in vaseline. Mom's, have you ever tried to wash off vaseline?? Please let me know if there's a trick to this!
Pictures are coming.......soon, I better go start looking in some boxes, maybe I'll start with the ones I so foolishly labeled "random stuff".
Here's an older one that hopefully won't scar Cavan for life. He loves to get completely undressed and sleep in the nude, in this picture he also happens to be sleeping on Chloe's old Strawberry Shortcake sheets becasue thats my "backup bedding" when his blue bedding is in the wash.

That is a really funny picture. I cant believe he is already using sentences. We need to send you guys the boys so they can learn to say something coherent.
