Catching up!

Since I am so incredibly behind, I'm just going to bombard you with lot's of pictures starting with the kids birthdays... This little ball of furry love was Chloe's 5th birthday present. We picked her up at the Humane Society and we named her Penny.
Cavan awoke to a room filled with balloons on his 3rd birthday. Brock was woken up by Cavan who told him "daddy, there's poop all over my room" Brock of course wakes up startled and ready for a disgusting mess but he then realized that Cavan was saying balloons and not poop!

Birthday morning breakfast mmmmm! Chloe already has that look in her eye like she's done something wrong!

Chloe's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese

She's quite the daddy's girl!

New scooters!!

Caged up like the wild animals they are!

I got a sweet new camera, so I had to do a little impromptu photo shoot

Sleepy head

In case you didn't know, Cavan is no longer Cavan, he's ether: Spiderman, Batman, or Peter Parker.
He wears this hat to the gym, restaurants and even to bed. Thanks Aunt Tiff, you knocked it out of the park with this one!

Our little Chloe is starting school in July!! I just can't believe it's so close, she's growing up way too fast!

Penny is already getting huge!!

Cavan likes to dress himself nowadays. On this day it was cowboy boots, sweat pants, his superhero "guys" shirt, and a tie, ......nice.

We had a visit from Grandma Suzy and Uncle Ryan.
And we got to see Joel, Tiff and Tea`.
We thoroughly enjoyed having Grandma Suzy and Ryan over. Chloe couldn't get enough of Uncle Ryan, she never left his side the whole time they were here.

A fish tale

Ok, so this is pretty old, (like during the fall), better late than never right?!

We took the kids to a local fishing pond for some fishing on a nice fall day. Cavan was determined that he would catch a "really big fish". The kids had lot's of fun casting their poles and reeling them in but unfortunately they didn't even get any nibbles. Brock had the ingenious idea to remove the hooks from a deep-sea fishing lure and attatch it to Cavan's line when he wasn't looking. If you watch the video below you will see the adorable action. Cavan was so proud, he told everyone about his fish all day, it went from being a 4 inch lure to being a giant fish that was as big as his arms were wide.

Scrappy Stuff

If I could win more contests I wouldn't have to spend so much money on scrapbooking supplies! I won this awesome kit of beautiful supplies on 52sketches52weeks.ning.com

This is the layout that won me that prize:

And here's what I've done with it so far, these colors are not my usual style, I usually tend to choose bright, playful and girly themes, but I really love how these layouts turned out.

This "happy baby" layout was featured on Cosmo Cricket's facebook page, Cosmo Cricket is my favorite paper company- very exciting!

These two layouts I did with the pictures that Megan took at the reunion, thanks for the beautiful pictures Megan, you are a great photographer!

And yes, I have done some layouts for the Clayson family reunion album, I will share them soon!

Happy birthday t0 me!

Br0ck really 0utdid himself f0r my birthday this year. He t0tally suprised me by taking me 0n a dinner & dance cruise at Lake Tah0e. We watched the sunset 0ver the lake, had a beautiful dinner and watched the 0ld f0lks getting their gr00ve 0n t0 the live band.

Turning 25 wasn't anything super exciting, but Br0ck and the kids made it really special!
