With nice weather comes.......

So thankful for spring!

Beautiful spring weather is finally upon us! It was 84 degrees in Reno today! I just love opening the windows and having a fresh breeze. It's inspired me to do some much needed organization and spring cleaning. This weekend we will atempt to have a yard sale. I feel so akward trying to pawn off my junk to strangers! But hey if we make some extra cash and get rid of unwanted stuff it will be worth the akwardness!

Chloe and I planted some flowers in our planter today, she is such a little gardener. She loves to get her hands in the dirt. We put a cherry tomato plant in a terra cotta pot and watered it, and she exclaims "look mom it's growing already", she's so cute.

A little recap since I'm a blog slacker

Chloe and Cavan were so lucky to have the Bengoa's come and visit for their birthdays! They were so sweet to take Chloe skiing with Tea`

They also had a blast at the Thomas the Train show

Chloe and Cavan visited Chloes best friend Alyssa in Carson City, they went out to lunch and had lot's of fun at the Childrens Museum

Potty training is lot's of fun.....

Brock's been working lot's of overtime, and reading lot's of books

He sure loves getting his picture taken :)

Happy 4th Birthday Chloe!

I can't believe she's already four years old! Soon enough she will be going to school and I think I will cry my eyes out!

She's such a big girl now in so many ways. She listens and understands Brock and my conversations, and she remembers the funniest things. I told her today that I didn't want her to leave me and go to school and she said "mommy, you and daddy and Cavan can just wait in the car for me so you won't have to miss me".

She's loves taking care of her babies, every night I go into her room to tuck her in and she's surrounded by about fifty or so babies, and according to Chloe "they won't make room for me on my bed".

Happy 2nd birthday Cavan!

Oh, it's so bittersweet! I am so excited to watch Cavan learn and grow big, but I am so sad that he's not my little baby anymore!

At two Cavan:

*likes to go potty himself, but mommy and daddy are the ones that haven't been quite ready to potty train

*really loves the movie Cars, toy trains, Blues Clues, fruit snacks, shoes (he's a little obsessive about always having his shoes on)

*loves to play his harmonica and dance

*loves to brush his teeth but he won't let us help him

*loves his big sister, they are hardly ever without each other

*he doesn't feel pain, seriously he will fall off the swing and land on his head, get up and keep playing without complaint

*even though he's a tough boy he's very sensitive. He loves to "huggle" all the time

*talks quite a bit. Some of the more popular phrases are "oww mama, Chloe hurt me", "Bone, get down!", "mmmm, I like it mama"
